The LA Dream center is a member of the Alabama Balance of State Continuum of Care. As a member of the Continuum of Care, we partner with the COC to provide housing support and assistance for homeless or at-risk of homeless individuals and families in the following counties: Houston, Coffee, Dale, Pike, Barbour, Henry, and Geneva
Our Story
Currently, the LA Dream Center provides outreach, case management, and emergency shelter assistance to the homeless and at-risk homeless population under the Emergency Solutions Grant – CV.
The ESG-CV grant helps prevent, prepare for, and respond to coronavirus among individuals and families who are homeless or receiving homeless assistance and support additional homeless assistance and homelessness prevention activities to mitigate the impacts created by coronavirus.
